    Our driver positions the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing the direction you prefer.

  3. Weekly maintenance, then removal

    We pump, scrub, and restock every week, then haul the unit out once you let us know the job is finished.

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own home. We're family-run, so when something isn't right, the responsibility is ours, and we make it right that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is what we mean. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

How does ongoing rental service work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you contact us for removal.

How much notice do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer dates. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough space to turn a wheelchair.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

What is the servicing frequency?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and large crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
